Clients are responsible for providing accurate plans, architectural drawings, property information and other documents required for our assessments.
6. Insurance and Liability
EMA Structures holds professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance, each up to £1 million. EMA Structures does not accept liability for losses beyond the relevant insurance limit. EMA Structures is not liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses unless required by law. EMA Structures is a trading name of EMA Engineering Group Ltd.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified. Late payments may incur interest at statutory rates, and unpaid invoices may lead to further collection action, including legal proceedings.
8. Cancellation and Termination
EMA Structures reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms, the agreed appointment, or if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, calculations, drawings and reports created by EMA Structures are the intellectual property of EMA Structures unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients are granted a limited licence to use these documents solely for the purpose for which they were provided.
